摘要
目的:总结并归纳益胃汤联合西药治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡时的具体疗效。方法:在我院选取100例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者,使用计算机表法分为两组,观察组和对照组各50例,对照组使用西药三联疗法,观察组采用益胃汤治疗,两组治疗时间均为一个月,在此过程中,对两组患者的治疗效果以及免疫水平改善情况、胃肠黏膜组织病理变化情况进行分析,并将其作为评价治疗效果的标注。结果:观察组的治疗效果以及免疫水平改善情况、胃肠黏膜组织病理变化情况与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论:益胃汤联合西药方在治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡时具有更高的治疗效果,并且复发率较低,胃肠黏膜组织病理变化显著,可以被推广应用。
Objective: To summarize efficacy of the Yiwei decoction (益胃汤) plus western medicine on peptic ulcer of positive Hp. Methods: 100 cases were divided into 2 groups, 50 cases in each. The control group was given western medicine triple therapy;and the observation group was given the Yiwei decoction. Results: The efficiency, immune level and pathological changes of gastrointestinal mucosa in the two groups showed statistically significant differences ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The Yiwei decoction plus western medicine on peptic ulcer of positive Hp show a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
