摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将60例消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规西医药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用消痈补疡汤加减治疗。观察两组的临床疗效及治疗前后症状积分变化情况。结果:治疗组临床有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为80.00%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组胃镜有效率为76.67%,对照组为66.67%,两组胃镜疗效有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者症状积分显著低于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡比单用西药治疗疗效较好。
Objective：To observe the cli,lical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on peptic ulcer. Methods：Sixty patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group ,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treat- ment group were added Xiaoyong Buyang Decoction （XYBYD） based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects and changes of symptomatic scores before anti after the treatment were observed. Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% ,while that of the control group was 80.00% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The endoscopy clinical efficiency rate of the treatment group was 76.67% , while that of the control group was 66.67% ; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Alter the treatment, the two groups＇ symptomatic seo,vs were obviously lower than those before the treatment;The treatment group was better than the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has remarkable clinical curative effect on peptic ulcer.
