摘要
目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、成纤维细胞生长因子2(FGF-2)与精神分裂症发生发展的关系。方法 :选取2015年2月~2016年10月在我院治疗的精神分裂症患者61例(病例组),同时选取健康志愿者70例作为对照组,检测两组血清VEGF和FGF-2水平。结果 :病例组血清VEGF和FGF-2分别为(721.41±89.41)ng/L和(330.08±42.10)ng/L,明显高于对照组;不同性别、年龄及有无家族史患者血清VEGF和FGF-2比较差异无统计学意义;Pearson相关分析结果显示PANSS总分及各分量评分与患者血清VEGF和FGF-2无相关性。结论 :精神分裂症患者血清VEGF和FGF-2明显升高,但与患者临床特征无明显关系,可能与精神分裂症发生发展无关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and fibroblast growth factor 2(FGF-2)and the development of schizophrenia.Methods Selected 61 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016,and 70 healthy volunteers as control group,serum VEGF and FGF-2 levels were measured in two groups.Results The serum levels of VEGF and FGF-2 in the case group were(721.41±89.41)ng/L and(330.08±42.10)ng/L,significantly higher than those in the control group;There was no significant difference in serum VEGF and FGF-2 between different gender,age and family history;Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of PANSS and the scores of each component were not correlated with the serum VEGF and FGF-2.Conclusion The serum VEGF and FGF-2 levels are significantly increased in patients with schizophrenia,but there is no significant relationship with the clinical features,it may not be related to the development of schizophrenia.
