The Effect of rTMS Combined With Olanzapine on Cognitive Function in Schizophrenic Patients

摘要 目的研究r TMS联合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者疗效和认知功能的影响。方法选择2016年5月—2017年5月在泉州市精神卫生中心住院的精神分裂症患者96例作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各48例。所有患者均口服奥氮平治疗。观察组联合使用重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)治疗,对照组除了药物治疗之外还配合伪刺激。经过4周治疗,两组患者使用阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS)、威斯康星卡片分类测试(WCST)和治疗不良反应量表(TESS)评价比较。结果经过4周治疗后,观察组和对照组PANSS评分比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组WCST总时间和错误思考时间均缩短,选择错误发生率降低,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者TESS比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 r TMS联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者能够有效改善患者认知功能,提高治疗效果。 Objective To research the infuences of repetitive transcranialmagnetic stimulation (rTMS) combined with olanzapine on the efficacy and cognitive function of schizophrenic patient. Methods 96 patients with schizophrenia from May 2016 to May 2017 in Quanzhou mental health center were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 48 cases in each group. All patients were treated with oral olanzapine. The observation group was treated with rTMS, and the control group was treated withpseudo stimulation besides drug therapy. After 4 weeks of treatment, the two groups were evaluated using the negative and positive symptom scale (PANSS), the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) and the adverse event scale (TESS). Results After 4 weeks of treatment, there was no signifcant difference in PANSS score between the observation group and the control group (P 〉 0.05). Compared with the control group, the total WCST time and the wrong thinking time of the observation group were significantly shorter, and the rate of selection error decreased signifcantly, the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). There was no signifcant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion rTMS combined with olanzapine can improve the cognitive function and improve the treatment effect of schizophrenia patients.
