摘要
为快速、准确地测定食品中的环己基氨基磺酸钠,采用HP-5型毛细管柱气相色谱法测定糕点中环己基氨基磺酸钠含量。结果表明,在最佳色谱条件下,甜蜜素含量在0.25~4.00mg有良好的线性关系(r=0.998 7);在重复性条件下获得的6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.6%,加标回收率为87.0%。这表明该方法简单、准确、易于操作,适用于糕点等含油脂的食品中环己基氨基磺酸钠的测定。
In order to rapidly and accurately determine the content of sodium cyclamate in food, the content of sodi-um cyclamate in cakes was determined by HP-5 capillary gas chromatography. The result showed that under the opti-mal chromatographic conditions, there was a good linear relationship between the content of sodium in 0.25 ~ 4.00mg(r=0.998 7); the relative standard deviation(RSD) of the six determinations obtained under reproducible condi-tions was 1.6% and the recovery rate was 87.0%. This shows that this method is simple, accurate and easy to operate;it is suitable for determination of pastries and other foods containing fats and oils of sodium cyclamate.
