摘要
作者应用ABC免疫染色结合葡萄糖氧化酶-DAB-硫酸镍铵显色技术观察了Leu-7在人肺的定位和分布.结果发现,Leu-7-IR阳性物主要定位于肺内支气管树管壁粘膜的神经上皮样小体(NEB)和散在的神经内分泌细胞(NEC)中.沿肺内支气管走行的神经束及其分支也呈Leu-7-IR阳性.相邻切片法免疫双标记证明大多数CGRP-IR和5-HT-IR的NEB和NEC呈Leu-7-IR阳性,且多数CGRP-IR神经纤维也呈Leu-7-IR阳性.我们的发现支持了在神经、内分泌系统和免疫系统之间存在相同或相似抗原决定簇的假说.
In this study ABC immunostaining with specific monoclonal antibody to Leu-7 was used to detect the expression of Leu-7 in human lung. The results demonstrated that the Leu-7 immunoreactivity was localized in the neuroepithelial bodies and neuroendocrine cells of the human lung . In addition, the anti-Leu-7 monoclonal antibody stained the nerve fibers in walls of the intrapulmonary bronchi. Adjacent sections immuno-stained with antibodies to Leu-7 and 5-HT or calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) proved the coexistance of Leu-7 and CGRP or 5-HT in endocrine cells. The CGRP-IR nerve fibers also showed positive staining with the monoclonal antibody to Leu-7- Our findings support the hypothesis that the nervous and endocrine systems share some common antigenic determinants with the immune system.
