摘要
作者应用免疫组织化学ABC染色法结合葡萄糖氧化酶-DAB-硫酸镍铵显色技术,对不同年龄大鼠十二指肠5-羟色胺(5-HT)和胆囊收缩素(CCK-8)免疫反应细胞进行了定量观察.结果表明,老龄大鼠十二指肠的5-HT和CCK-8免疫反应细胞数目较成年、幼年大鼠明显减少(P<0.01);而成年、幼年组间差别不显著(P>0.05).这种变化的意义尚待进一步研究.
Changes of 5-HT and CCK-8 immunoreactive cells in the duodenum of different-age rats were studied by ABC immunohistochemistry. The results showed that a marked decrease in the number of 5-HT and CCK-8 immunoreactive cells was found in old rats as compared with young and adult ones (P<0.01). No significant difference was found in the number of 5-HT and CCK-8 immunoreactive cells between the young and adult groups. These results show that there are marked age-related changes of 5-HT and CCK-8 immunoreactive cells in rat duodenum. The meaning of these changes needs further studies.
