摘要
教师善是教师道德人格在实践中的展现,是教师规范伦理、责任伦理和美德伦理的融合与统一,是外在环境与教师主体道德意识共同作用的结果,是教育善实现的基础和福祉。然而,在实践中,教师善面临利益选择冲突、价值判定两难和道德意志自由局限等现实困境,其实现常处于纠结与羁绊之中。教师善的实现须着力完善教师发展制度,构建教师生活的良序;改革职前教师教育课程,培养教育信仰笃定的未来卓越教师;构建教师道德共同体,丰富教师善的理性与实践之维,使善的实现成为每一位教师的价值欲求。
The teachers’goodness is the display of teachers’moral personality in practice.It is the result of the interaction between external environment and teachers’moral consciousness as well as the foundation and well-being of education.However,by the beneficial choice,value judgments,main moral wills and other factors,teachers show good in the tangled and fetters.To this end,we must focus on improving the teachers’development system,building a good order for teachers’life;reforming the pre-service teacher educational curriculum,cultivating the educational faith to the future of the outstanding teachers;building the teacher’s moral community,enriching the teacher’s rationality and practice,so that the realization of goodness could become the value of each teacher’s desire.
