民族地区公费师范生的现代化及使命意识的培养 被引量:1

摘要 师范生公费教育是由各级政府主导,以提高乡村教师队伍的水平为目的的重要政策。民族地区公费师范生是乡村教育的重要预备力量,其现代化的内在逻辑自洽于中国式现代化,是乡村教育高质量发展的保证。教育现代化的核心是实现人的现代化,锚点在教师现代化。当前实现教育现代化、建设教育强国的薄弱环节在民族贫困地区的乡村教育,而乡村教师严重流失制约了民族地区乡村教育现代化发展。扎根并促进民族乡村地区的现代化发展,是时代赋予公费师范生的使命担当。具体来说,公费师范生的使命意识的时代意蕴包括促进乡村社会在地化发展的社会使命,促进乡村教师专业化发展的个人使命,促进乡村教育高质化发展的教育使命。通过调查发现,公费师范生现代化使命意识整体向好,但是部分学生存在使命意识仍显薄弱、现代化认知存有模糊、教学过程出现“离地化”等问题。以向农性为导向,制定培养目标,以在地化为核心,优化课程设置,以自觉性为目标,提高自我效能等是培养民族地区公费师范生使命意识的重要路径。 Results demonstrate that publiclyfunded normal university students have been the backbone of future rural educators,as they have been playing a pivotal role in the advancement and implementation of rural revitalization and the modernization of countryside education.Due to this,cultivating and strengthening their mission consciousness is crucial to a high-quality development of rural education.Currently,the weakest link in the construction of a powerful and nationwide education system is rural education in ethnic povertystricken areas.Therefore,this study infers it is incumbent upon publicly-funded normal university students,given their era-specific mission,to promote high-quality development of rural education in these ethnic minority areas.In other words,mission consciousness of publicly-funded normal university students not only embodies the significant responsibilities bestowed by contemporary times but also represents an organic amalgamation of societal obligations and the pursuit of self-actualization within the context of the Chinese path to modernization.This awareness also signifies the fulfillment of the intrinsic value and task of rural educators.Thus,the temporal significance of these students’mission consciousness primarily pertains to three dimensions:1)The social mission of advancing localized development of rural societies,2)the personal mission of fostering professional growth among rural educators,and 3)the educational mission of improving rural education.An investigation of three local normal universities in Guangxi revealed that—while the mission awareness of the ethnic minority students generally is positive—several issues warrant deeper reflection:The overly relaxed learning environment and excessively low employment pressure have led to a persistent lack of mission awareness among some publicly-funded normal university students.The gap between the current quality of life for rural teachers and the significant mission they are tasked with continues to adversely affect the internal motiv
