文化取向:我国教师教育课程的未来价值追求 被引量:7

摘要 教师教育课程价值取向是指课程主体在课程活动中根据自身需求进行价值选择时所表现出来的价值倾向性。从历时性维度看,我国教师教育课程价值取向主要经历了从知识取向、专业取向、实践取向到文化取向的演变。前三种价值取向下的教师教育课程技术性或工具性倾向严重,忽略了其文化意蕴,不利于教师人文精神的培养。从教师文化的本质看,文化取向的教师教育课程将成为未来的趋势。从共时性维度看,这四种主要的价值取向呈现多元共存的格局,每种价值取向都有各自的生存土壤,还呈现出交融、互补、统一的态势,不同的课程价值取向总是在自觉对话中寻找共识。构建文化取向的教师教育课程,应该从两方面进行:将生活史融入教师教育课程;强化教师教育课程的专业伦理性。 The value orientation of teacher education curriculum refers to the value tendency of course subject when making value choice according to their own needs in curriculum activities.From the perspective of diachronic dimension,the value orientation of teacher education curriculum in China has mainly experienced the evolution from knowledge orientation,professional orientation,practice orientation to cultural orientation.The technical or instrumental tendency of teacher education curriculum under the first three kinds of value orientation is serious,which ignores its cultural implication and is not conducive to the cultivation of teachers humanistic spirit.From the perspective of the nature of teacher culture,the culturally oriented teacher education curriculum will become the trend of the future.From the perspective of synchronicity,these four main value orientations show a pattern of multiple coexistence.Each value orientation has its own living soil,and it also presents a harmonious,complementary,unified situation.The different value orientation of courses always seek consensus in a conscious dialogue.The construction of a culturally oriented teacher education curriculum should be carried out in two aspects:integrating life history into the teacher education curriculum and strengthening the professional ethics of the teacher education curriculum.
