摘要
中小学新手教师在从学生到教师的角色转变中,会因大学与中小学在整体文化氛围、教育教学价值理念、身份文化、行为文化诸方面的差异而产生文化冲击现象,表现为学校文化的冲击、身份文化的冲击、行为文化的冲击等。异质文化带来的适应困难、入职前教师教育的不到位、岗前培训工作的不完善、新手教师自身的成长经历,是导致文化冲击现象的主要原因。文化冲击现象的调适,需要新手教师做好应对文化冲击的思想准备,需要高校做好师范生实践技能训练和教师情意的指导,需要中小学校充分认识文化冲击现象并且帮助新手教师积极调整和适应,需要大学与中小学协同合作,需要教育行政部门从中发力,共同帮助新手教师正确应对文化冲击,顺利转变为合格的中小学教师。
In the change of role from student to teacher,novice teachers will produce“culture shock”phenomenon due to the differences between universities and primary and secondary schools in terms of overall cultural atmosphere,education and teaching value concept,identity culture,and behavior culture,which is manifested as the impact of school culture,the impact of identity culture,and the impact of behavioral culture.The main reasons for the phenomenon of culture shock are the difficulty in adapting to the heterogeneous culture,the lack of teachers’education before employment,the imperfection of pre-job training and the growth experience of novice teachers.In order to deal with the culture shock,colleges and universities need to make students practical skills training and the guidance of the teachers’affection,primary and secondary schools need to fully recognize and help novice teachers actively adjust and adapt,the university and primary and secondary schools need to cooperate,the administrative department of education need to provide support.All parts should work together to help novice teachers correctly cope with culture shock and successfully transform into qualified primary and secondary school teachers.
