摘要
在终身教育理念下,能够支持教师终身发展的高质量教师教育体系要有完善的质量标准、科学完善的运行机制,确保教师成长的每个环节都有标准可依,使教师教育体系的功能得以充分发挥。同时,高质量教师教育体系要有完善的理论支撑,引领中国化教师教育理论的构建。在构建高质量教师教育体系的过程中,要创新社会机制,使教师得以获得各种能够支持他发展的资源和支持;要充分发挥师范大学在教师培养中的主体作用,协同高水平综合大学构建高水平教师教育主体框架;要构建各级各类教育机构协同、职责清晰、机制灵活、形态多样的教师发展体系;要制定各类高水平教师教育专业标准,使教师培养有章可循,有标准可依;要积极推进智能技术与教师培养的深度融合;要建立完善教师功勋奖励制度,为每位教师的成长提供更广阔的空间。
Under the concept of lifelong education,a high-quality teacher education system supporting the lifelong development of teachers features well-developed quality standards and a scientific and complete operation mechanism to ensure that every link in teachers'professional growth has a standard to follow,and the function of the teacher education system can be fully realized.Such a system is fully supported by theories that guide the construction of Chinese teacher education theories.In building a quality teacher education system,it is necessary to innovate social mechanisms so that teachers can have access to all kinds of resources and support for their development;fully utilize the major role of normal universities in teacher training to construct the main framework of high-level teacher education in cooperation with high-level comprehensive universities;build a teacher development system that is coordinated among various educational institutions at all levels with precise responsibilities,flexible mechanisms and diverse forms;formulate professional standards for various types of highlevel teacher education so that there are rules and standards to follow in teacher training;actively promote the indepth integration of intelligent technology and teacher training;and establish a perfect reward system for teachers'merit to provide a broader space for every teacher to grow.
