摘要
实践导向已成为当前教师教育的重要价值取向,实践取向视域下的教师教育注重反思性实践者的培养、教师实践性知识的建构以及关注实践情境中的模式创新。而实践导向的专业标准的缺失在一定程度上影响着职前教师教育的人才培养质量,导致教师培养过程的指向性不明,不利于教师评价的全面性与发展性,亦不利于职前教师培养与职后教师发展的有效衔接。基于实践导向建构职前教师教育专业标准对于职前教师教育的发展有着重要的价值,需要从实践价值观、实践性知识、实践过程、实践体验四个维度建构具体的指标和标准,通过发挥标准的支撑引领、规范指导和反馈评价功能,提高职前教师教育人才培养质量。
Practice orientation has become an important value orientation of teacher education at present.Teacher education from the perspective of practice orientation pays attention to the cultivation of reflective practitioners,the construction of teachers’practical knowledge and the mode innovation in practical situations.However,to some extent,the lack of practice-oriented professional standards affects the quality of pre-service teacher education,which leads to the unclear directionality of teacher training process,which is not conducive to the comprehensiveness and development of teacher evaluation.It is also not conducive to the effective link between pre-service teacher training and post-service teacher development.The construction of pre-service teacher education professional standard based on practice orientation is of great value to the development of pre-service teacher education.It is necessary to construct specific indexes and standards from four dimensions:practical values,practical knowledge,practical process and practical experience.By giving full play to the functions of standard support,guidance and feedback evaluation,the quality of pre-service teacher education personnel training will be improved.
