摘要
为加快高技能复合型人才的培养,国家启动了1+X证书试点工作。职业资格证书代表劳动者的技能水平或职业资格,将其融入专业人才培养,既适应了社会需求,又培养了高技能型人才。将国家职业技能鉴定标准融入高等职业教育专业标准,涉及人才培养方案、课程体系、课程教材建设、课程标准、教学模式、考核评价体系和师资队伍建设七个方面,高职教育要在这些方面加强对接。
In order to speed up the cultivation of high-skilled interdisciplinary talents,the state launches the pilot work of 1+X certificates.The vocational qualification certificate represents the skill level or professional qualification of the laborers,and integrating it into the training of professional talents not only meets the social needs,but also cultivates highly skilled talents.The integration of national vocational skill appraisal standards into professional standards of higher vocational education involves seven aspects:talent training plan,curriculum system,teaching material construction,curriculum standard,teaching mode,examination and evaluation system and teacher team construction.Higher vocational education should strengthen the connection in these aspects.
