摘要
高等职业教育改革背景下,分析职业技能标准缺位对高等职业学校实践教学质量的重要影响,分析相关专业服务我国京津冀、长三角、华南、华中、西南、东南等地区人才供给的现状,剖析存在问题,结合职业技能训练模式中的课程体系、实训模块、师资配备、质量评估等关键要素,探索高等职业教育MES实训体系中的“训赛机制”,探究契合产业发展的就业领域,形成校企协同一体化,加快行业通用技能课程建设和孵化校企深度融合下的创业团队,促进各级领域的人才互通。
Under the background of higher vocational education reform,this thesis analyzes the important impact of the absence of vocational skill standards on the quality of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges.The current status of relevant professional services for the supply of talents in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,the Yangtze River Delta,South China,Central China,Southwest,and Southeast are researched to prove the existing problems.Combining the key elements of the curriculum system,practical training module,teacher equipment,quality evaluation and other key elements in the vocational skills training model,this thesis explores the“training mechanism”in the MES training system of higher vocational education,and the employment which is suitable for industrial development in the field.An entrepreneurial team should be formed under the synergy of school-enterprise collaboration,accelerate the construction of industry-wide general knowledge courses and incubate the deep integration of school-enterprise,and promote the exchange of talents at all levels.
