摘要
目的:分析复方氢溴酸右美沙芬糖浆治疗小气道功能障碍致咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2024年1月于北京市垂杨柳医院呼吸与危重症医学科就诊的80例小气道功能障碍致咳嗽患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予川贝枇杷糖浆治疗,观察组给予复方氢溴酸右美沙芬糖浆治疗。比较两组咳嗽程度、小气道功能指标和肺功能指标。结果:治疗前,两组日间咳嗽、夜间咳嗽评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组日间咳嗽、夜间咳嗽评分及总分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组用力呼出50%肺活量的呼气流量(FEF50%)、用力呼出75%肺活量的呼气流量(FEF75%)、最大呼气中期流量(MMEF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FEF50%、FEF75%、MMEF均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FFEV_(1)、FVC、PEF均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方氢溴酸右美沙芬糖浆治疗小气道功能障碍致咳嗽的临床效果显著,能够缓解咳嗽症状,改善小气道功能和肺功能。
Objective:To analyze clinical effect of compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide syrup in treatment of small airway dysfunction caused cough.Methods:A total of 80 patients with small airway dysfunction caused cough who were admitted to Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at Beijing Chuiyangliu Hospital between August 2022 and January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chuanbei Pipa Syrup,and the observation group was treated with compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide syrup.The cough severity,small airway function indexes and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in daytime cough score,nighttime cough score and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the daytime cough score,nighttime cough score and total scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in forced expiratory flow at 50%of the exhaled vital capacity(FEF50%),forced expiratory flow at 75%of the exhaled vital capacity(FEF75%),and maximal mid-expiratory flow(MMEF)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FEF50%,FEF75%and MMEF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the FFEV_(1) FVC and PEF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound dextromethorphan hydrobromide syrup has significant clinical effect i
