摘要
目的:观察邵氏“五针法”对哮喘模型大鼠血清中α-SMA和FN表达的影响,探讨邵氏“五针法”治疗哮喘的作用机理。方法:将40只SD大鼠按照随机数字表随机分为4组,每组10只。药物治疗组腹腔注射地塞米松磷酸钠溶液进行治疗;针刺治疗组选取大鼠的“肺俞(双)”“大椎”“风门(双)”穴进行治疗;空白对照组选用生理盐水代替卵蛋白造模。最后一次治疗后收集大鼠眼球血离心备用,对肺组织切片进行HE染色并采用ELISA法检测血清α-SMA、FN,观察大鼠肺组织形态学改变以及α-SMA、FN在血清的表达情况。结果:模型对照组与空白对照组相比,血清中α-SMA及FN表达明显增多,经过治疗后二者表达显著下降,且针刺治疗组较药物治疗组下降明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:邵氏“五针法”能够降低哮喘模型大鼠血清中α-SMA和FN的阳性表达,改善气道重塑,是邵氏“五针法”治疗哮喘的作用途径之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shao’s five needles on serum expressions of α-SMA and FN in rats with asthma,thus to explore the mechanism of Shao’s five needles treating asthma.Methods: 40 SD rats were randomly divided into the blank control group( n =10),the model group( n =10),the medication group( n =10) and the needling group( n =10).The medication group was treated with intraperitoneal injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate solution,and the needling group was treated with needling bilateral Feishu(BL13),Dazhui(GV14) and bilateral Fengmen(BL12).The blank control group was given normal saline.The serum expressions of α-SMA and FN were detected with ELISA method,and morphology changes in lungs were observed with HE staining method.Results: The serum expressions of α-SMA and FN were significantly increased in the model group than those in the blank control group;they were greatly decreased after the treatments,the decreases in the needling group were more significant than those in the medication group( P < 0.01).Conclusion: Shao’s five needles can reduce the serum expressions of α-SMA and FN,and it can improve airway remodeling in asthma rats,which is one of the mechanisms of Shao’s five needles treating asthma.
