摘要
目的基于壮医"三道两路"的理论指导,运用壮医"解毒""调气""补虚"的方法调"气道"通"谷道"。通过对壮药经典方三十六荡坎蛤散治疗小儿哮喘慢性持续期的理论探讨,为防治小儿哮喘病提供新的思路及干预措施,同时,为后续相关临床和实验研究的开展提供理论参考。
Based on the theoretical guidance of Zhuang medicine theory of"three ways and two ways",Zhuang medicinemethods of"detoxifying","regulating Qi"and"tonifying deficiency"are used to regulate"air tube"and"Gudao".Based on the theoretical discussion on the treatment of chronic persistent pediatric asthma by Zhuang medicine Sanshiliudang Kange Powder to provide new ideas and intervention measures for the prevention and treatment of asthma in children.At the same time,it provides a theoretical reference for the development of subsequent related clinical and experimental researches.
