摘要
临床见习教学是从医学理论过渡到临床实践的重要桥梁,是医学生向实习医生角色转变的关键环节,是医学教育的重要组成部分。随着预防医学的发展和公共卫生条件的改善,传染性疾病谱已发生变化,同时也随时面临新发传染病暴发的可能。而目前,传染病见习教学存在缺乏见习教学教材、典型病例难寻、见习教学方法单一、学生对传染见习缺乏兴趣、师资队伍经验不足等问题,使传染病的见习教学面临困境,亟待改革。文章希望通过建立适应新时代传染病特点的见习教学教材、临床典型病例库,提升青年教师队伍的综合能力,并根据新时代传染病特点,选择不同的传染病见习教学方法,融入课程思政,使传染病见习教学跟上时代的步伐,保证教学质量,有助于学生理性的认识传染病、掌握传染病防控知识、不畏惧传染病,为医学院校传染病见习教学提供参考和启示。
Clinical internship teaching is an important bridge from medical theory to clinical practice,a key link in the transition of medical students to the role of interns,and an important part of medical education.With the development of preventive medicine and the improvement of public health conditions,the spectrum of infectious diseases has changed,and facing the possibility of outbreaks of new infectious diseases at any time.At present,infectious disease internship teaching has problems such as the lack of internship teaching materials,difficulty in finding typical cases,single teaching methods,lack of students'interest in infectious disease internship,and inexperience of the teaching staff.These problems make the internship teaching of infectious diseases facing difficulties and in urgent need of reform.This article hoped that by establishing internship teaching materials and clinical typical case database that adapt to the characteristics of infectious diseases in the new era,the comprehensive ability of the young teachers will be improved,and different infectious disease internship teaching methods will be selected according to the characteristics of infectious diseases in the new era,and integrated into the ideological and political courses,so as to make infectious diseases more effective.Medical internship teaching keeps up with the times and ensures the quality of teaching.It helps students rationally understand infectious diseases,master the knowledge of infectious disease prevention and control,and not be afraid of infectious diseases.It provides reference and inspiration for infectious disease internship teaching in medical schools.
