摘要
传统的喷雾抑尘系统采用喷雾式装置喷洒粉尘,使空气卷走粉尘,粉尘扩散到作业区域,但降尘率不均匀,为此进行煤矿掘进工作面喷雾降尘系统设计及应用实践研究。在硬件设计上,系统增设粉尘传感器、红外传感器,将低压喷雾泵改为高压喷雾泵;在软件设计上,借助粉尘传感器监测煤矿粉尘浓度,实时获取粉尘数据,以确定喷雾参数,结合喷雾参数动态调整喷嘴点位,利用喷淋装置将水雾喷洒到空气中,使粉尘得到润湿、凝结和沉淀,去除粉尘。通过上述设计完成煤矿掘进工作面喷雾降尘系统,实践结果表明,设置智能喷雾点位17个,分别选取201工作面和109工作面的5个采样点进行测量,采样点处粉尘浓度呈现明显降低,降尘率均可达约40%,使各区域降尘率均匀。
The traditional spray dust suppression system uses a spray type device to spray dust to make the air carry away the dust.The dust diffuses to the working area,but the dust reduction rate is uneven.Therefore,the design and application practice of spray dust reduction system in the driving face of coal mine were studied.In the hardware design of the system,dust sensors and infrared sensors are added,and the low-pressure spray pump is replaced by the high-pressure spray pump;in terms of software design,the dust sensor is used to monitor the concentration of coal mine dust,obtain dust data in real time,determine spray parameters,dynamically adjust the nozzle points in combination with spray parameters,spray water mist into the air by spraying device,so that the dust can be wetted,condensed and precipitated,and remove dust.Through the above design,the spray dust suppression system of coal mine driving face is completed.The practice results showed that:17 intelligent spray points were set up,and five sampling points of No.201 and No.109 working faces were selected for measurement respectively.The dust concentration at the sampling points was significantly reduced,and the dust fall rate can reach about 40%,making the dust fall rate in each area even.
