摘要
在煤矿企业生产过程中,粉尘的产生不可避免。煤矿粉尘不但对人体有着巨大的危害,而且高浓度的煤尘还会带来安全隐患。分析煤尘的特点以及超声喷雾降尘的机理,提出一种基于模糊控制的煤矿超声喷雾降尘系统方案,设计模糊控制器并进行仿真实验,结果表明,控制效果达到了预期。
In the process of coal production, dust generation is inevitable. Not only coal dust is serious harmful to human health, but also the high concentration coal dust will create security problems. The characteristics of coal dust and the uhrasonic spra- ying dust suppression mechanism were analyzed. A coal mine ultrasonic spraying dust suppression system was presented based on fuzzy control. The fuzzy controller was designed and simulated. The simulation result shows that the control effect reaches anticipation.
