摘要
针对西铭矿综采面风量大、粉尘疏水性强、水喷雾降尘效果差的问题,为高效防治井下粉尘,实验测试分析了粉尘理化特性及其对溶液降尘性能的影响;并研发了降尘用新型活性剂,大幅提升了溶液湿润煤尘的能力。此外,围绕采煤机截煤滚筒这一尘源,基于水力引射器喷雾器,构建了覆盖面较广的喷雾场。经西铭矿48712综采面测试,该新型喷雾降尘技术能大幅改善工作面环境,相对于原有喷雾降尘效率,新型喷雾总粉尘、呼吸尘平均降尘效率分别提高了35.57个百分点、38.87个百分点,达到了77.37%、73.2%。
Aiming at the problems of large air volume, strong hydrophobicity of dust and poor dust removal effect of water spray in the fully mechanized mining face of Ximing mine, the physicochemical characteristics of coal dust were tested while their influence on dust control performance of solution being analyzed. A new surfactant for dust control was developed, which greatly improved the solution wettability. In addition, around the cutting drum of coal shearer as the dust source, based on the hydraulic injector sprayer, a spray field with a wide coverage was constructed. The test of 48712 fully mechanized mining face in Ximing coal mine showed that the dust control technology can greatly improve the working face environment. Compared with the original spray dust control efficiency, the average dust control efficiency of the total dust and respirable dust using the new dust control technology was increased by 35.57 percentage points and 38.87 percentage points respectively, reaching77.37% and 73.2%.
