摘要
粉尘危害是煤矿生产的主要灾害之一,如何高效降尘、除尘是煤矿安全生产中的重要问题,而喷雾降尘技术是目前煤矿井下粉尘防治的最主要措施之一。为解决传统喷雾设备在运行过程中存在启闭不及时、智能化程度低等诸多缺陷,构建了矿用无线自动喷雾降尘智能集控系统,详细介绍了智能集控系统的构成、主要功能与参数,分析了系统工作原理与性能优点。研制了无线通讯技术和多种联动控制模式,使该系统具有无线通信、远程智能集控、在线监测等功能。智能集控系统的现场应用效果表明,该系统在提升矿井粉尘防治自动化、智能化水平的同时,能够有效降低产尘点粉尘浓度,保障煤矿安全生产。
Dust hazard is one of the main disasters in coalmine production.How to effectively reduce and remove dust is important for the safety of coalmine production.At present,spray dust suppression technology is one of the most important measures to prevent and control dust in coalmines.The traditional spray equipment has many defects such as untimely opening and closing,low degree of intelligence and so on in the operation process.A mine wireless automatic spray dust suppression intelligent centralized control system is constructed,the composition,main functions and parameters of the system are introduced in detail,and the working principle and performance advantages of the system are analyzed;The wireless communication technology and multiple linkage control modes are developed to enable the system to have wireless communication,remote intelligent centralized control,online monitoring and other functions.The application results show that the system can effectively reduce the dust concentration at the dust producing points and ensure the safe production of the coal mine while improving the automation and intelligent level of mine dust prevention.
