摘要 为有效改善综采工作面井下工人劳动环境,提高生产安全性,设计煤矿综采工作面喷雾降尘控制系统。该系统包括喷雾主控制器、喷雾分控制器以及上位机监控系统,由CAN总线通信完成数据、控制指令的交互,其喷雾分控制器周期性采集的传感器数据并作为控制喷雾降尘系统的核心数据依据。经现场实际使用发现:该喷雾降尘控制系统能够有效降低综采工作面粉尘浓度,降尘率达40%以上,有效改善工人劳动环境,保障工人身心健康。 In order to effectively improve the working conditions of underground workers in fully mechanized coal mining face,and improve production safety,a spray dust control system for fully mechanized coal mining face is designed and implemented.The system includes spray main controller,spray sub controller and host computer monitor system,and CAN bus communication completes data and control instruction interaction.The spray sub controller periodically collects sensor data and acts as the core data for controlling the spray dust control system.The field application shows that the spray dust control system can effectively reduce the dust concentration of the fully mechanized working face,and the dust fall rate reaches over 40%,which effectively improves the working environment of workers and ensures the workers’physical and mental health.
