植物促生菌对甘薯茎尖组培苗生长和抗氧化指标的影响

摘要 为了探讨植物促生菌对甘薯茎尖组培苗生长和抗氧化指标的影响,选用肠杆菌(Enterbacter sp.)S05、戊糖片球菌(Pediococcus pentosaceus)N22和B3、鲁氏不动杆菌(Acinetobacter lwoffii)SL24、苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)F05以及巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)F08共6株促生菌开展了试验。结果表明:6株促生菌均可促进甘薯茎尖组培苗株高和鲜重的增加,其中F05菌株和N22菌株的提升效果较优;6株促生菌对甘薯茎尖组培苗叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响不同,其中N22菌株较空白对照显著降低MDA含量,F05菌株对SOD和POD活性的提高效果最好,表明F05菌株和N22菌株有利于甘薯茎尖组培苗生长及抗逆性的提高。研究说明应用植物促进菌可以促进甘薯茎尖组织培养幼苗生长,提高其环境适应性,有利于甘薯相关食品、饲料和药用工业的持续健康发展。 In order to explore the effects of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)on the growth and anti-oxidant indexes of sweet potato stem tip tissue culture seedlings,the experiments were conducted by using six strains of PGPR(Enterbacter sp.S05,Pediococcus pentosaceus N22,Pediococcus pentosaceus B3,Acinetobacter lwoffii SL24,Bacil-lus thuringiensis F05 and Bacillus megaterium F08)as test strains.The results showed that all six strains of PGPR could increase the plant height and fresh weight of sweet potato stem tip tissue culture seedlings,among which,strain F05 and strain N22 had the better effect.The six strains of PGPR had different effects on MDA content,SOD activity,POD activity and CAT activity in the leaves of sweet potato stem tip tissue culture seedlings.Strain N22 could significantly reduce the MDA content compared with the blank control,and strain F05 had the best effect on the enhancement of SOD activity and POD activity.It indicated that strain F05 and strain N22 were beneficial to improving the growth and stress resistance of sweet potato stem tip tissue culture seedlings.Thus,this study showed that the application of PGPR could promote the growth and environmental adaptability of sweet potato stem tip tissue culture seedlings,which was condu-cive to the sustainable and healthy development of sweet potato related food,forage and medicinal industries.
