摘要
苏薯28系江苏省农业科学院粮食作物研究所选育的兼用型甘薯新品种.2008年选用南薯99为母本,浙紫薯1号为父本,通过品种间杂交获得杂交种子,2009~2013年通过实生苗筛选、初级鉴定、高级鉴定、品种比较试验等过程选育而成.在2014~2015年江苏省甘薯品种区域试验中,苏薯28的鲜薯产量为38 930.6kg/hm^2,比对照品种苏渝303增产24.0%;薯干产量为11 003.7kg/hm^2,比对照增产34.3%.该品种薯块干物质率28.29%,薯块萌芽性好,单株结薯4~5个,食味品质和商品性好,抗根腐病和茎线虫病,不抗黑斑病.苏薯28于2015年12月通过江苏省品种鉴定委员会鉴定,其综合性状优良,春、夏薯均可种植,适宜在江苏省大面积推广与利用.
Sushu 28 is a new sw eetpotato variety for dual-purpose type？ which bred in Institue of Food Crops？ JiangsuAcadem y of A gricultural S ciences（JA A S ）. H ybrid seeds w ere obtained by crossing w ith N anshu 9 9（♀） andZhezishu 1 （ ♂ ）. T he new sw eetpotato variety Sushu 28 was selected and evaluated by hybrid seedlings selection,prim ary evaluation, advance evaluation and variety test in years of 2 0 0 8- 2 0 1 3 . T he yield of fresh storage roots insw eetpotato varieties regional trial in Jiangsu Province from 2014 to 2015 was 38 930. 6 k g /h m 2 , which increased24. 0 % than contral variety Su-Yu 303, and the dry storage rootsyield of it was 11 003. 7 k g /h m 2 , which was34. 3% higher than that of CK. T he dry m atter content of Sushu 28 is 28. 29% . Sushu 28 has a good bud bursting.Its num ber of storage roots per plant is from 4 to 5. It has good cooking quality and m arketing quality also. Sushu 28was certified by Jiangsu C om m ittee for Crop V ariety R egistration in Decem ber 2015. Sushu 28 is a good sw eetpotatovariety w ith good com prehensive characters, and it can be planted in early and late season. So it is suitable for wideextension in Jiangsu Province.
