摘要
创新创业教育与思想政治教育融合发展是当代高职院校实现高质量发展的必然要求。创新创业教育与思想政治教育融合发展存在三重逻辑:双创教育的内在需求是其内生逻辑,国家对人才培养规格的外在要求是其政策逻辑,双创教育与思政教育的内在协同性是其实践逻辑。当前,由于社会长期误读了双创教育与思政教育的本质从而阻碍了融合性思维的形成,实践层面的探索不足导致了两种教育融合发展的体制机制不健全,教师角色担当与实践能力的不足导致了两种教育融合发展的动能匮乏。为了实现创新创业教育与思想政治教育的融合发展,需要强化两种教育融合发展的顶层制度设计,纠正社会对两种教育的价值认识;需要以重塑评价体系为突破口,优化两种教育融合发展的体制机制;需要强化教师专业探索能力训练,增强两种教育融合的动力来源。
The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education is an inevitable requirement for contemporary higher vocational colleges to achieve high⁃quality development.There is a triple logic in the integrated development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education:the internal demand of entrepreneurship and innovation education is its internal logic,the external requirement of the country for talent training specifications is its policy logic,and the internal synergy of entrepreneurship and ideological and political education is its practical logic.At present,the society has long misunderstood the nature of the two kinds of education,thus hindering the formation of integrated thinking.The lack of practical exploration has led to the imperfect system and mechanism of the integrated development of the two kinds of education,and the lack of teachers'role and practical ability has led to the lack of momentum for the integrated development of the two kinds of education.In order to realize the integrated development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education,it is necessary to strengthen the top⁃level system design of the integrated development of two kinds of education and correct the social understanding of the value of the two kinds of education;It is necessary to rebuild the evaluation system as a breakthrough point to optimize the system and mechanism of the integrated development of two kinds of education;It is necessary to strengthen the training of teachers'professional exploration ability to enhance the power source of the integration of two kinds of education.
