摘要 在当前政策的支持和引导下,产教融合、校企合作深化,校企协同育人得到广泛认同和接受。高职院校结合自身实际,在与企业协同育人的实践中创新合作机制,保障人才培养质量仍有待进一步探究。文章通过对多元多维模式探讨研究,以当前校企协同育人具体实践为例,对校企协同育人模式及实践发展提出建议,进一步完善高职特色育人机制,培养高素质职业技能人才。 Under the support and guidance of current policies,the integration of industry and education,the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation,and the school-enterprise collaborative education have been widely recognized and accepted.However,higher vocational colleges have combined their own actual conditions to innovate the cooperation mechanism in the practice of collaborative education with enterprises.It remains to be further explored to ensure the quality of personnel training.Through the discussion and research on the multi-dimensional model,taking the current specific practice of school-enterprise collaborative education as an example,it puts forward suggestions on the school-enterprise collaborative education model and practical development,further improves the characteristic education mechanism of higher vocational education,and cultivates high-quality vocational talents.
