摘要
在大学生创新创业教育中融入思政教育是人才培养的需要,其理论基础包括思想政治教育渗透理论、人才理论、人的全面发展理论等。思政教育与创新创业教育有着密切的关系,二者具有内在的同一性,思政教育能够为创业教育引领正确的方向、促进创业教育健康发展,而创新创业教育能够为思政教育提供改善实效性的抓手。目前,二者的融合存在一些问题,诸如课程相互脱节、师资队伍不专、融合方式单一、缺少融合平台等。要改善这种状况,必须做好顶层设计,加强师资队伍建设,完善融合机制等。
Integrating ideological and political education into innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students is a necessity for talent cultivation,with theoretical foundations including the infiltration theory of ideological and political education,talent theory,and the theory of comprehensive human development.There is a close relationship between ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the two have inherent identity.Ideological and political education can lead the right direction for entrepreneurship education and promote the healthy development of entrepreneurship education,while innovation and entrepreneurship education can provide a means to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.At present,there are some problems in the integration of the two,such as curriculum disconnection,inadequate teaching staff,single integration methods,and a lack of integration platforms.To improve this situation,it is necessary to do a good job in top-level design,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and improve the integration mechanism.
