摘要
产教融合是提升职业教育办学水平、提高人才培养质量、激发企业创新活力的有效举措,是优化职业教育类型定位的必由路径。产教融合涉及多元主体,对其质量评价体系的建构要从政府、企业、院校等多个主体维度进行系统性思考,致力形成利益共享、责任共担、多方共赢的共同体。基于共同体理论内涵的共同利益、集体责任、公共精神三个维度内容,构建并具体分析了包含上述内容的产教融合质量评价指标体系,根据这一指标体系,可对职业院校产教融合质量情况进行有效分析及评价。
The integration of industry and education is an effective measure to boost the level of vocational education,improve the quality of personnel training and stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises and is the inevitable path to optimize the type orientation of vocational education.The integration of industry and education involves multi⁃dimensional subjects.The construction of its quality evaluation system should be systematically considered from the dimensions of government,enterprises,colleges,and strive to form a community of benefit sharing,responsibility sharing and multi⁃win⁃win situation.Based on the three dimensions of common interests,collective responsibility and public spirit of community theory,this paper constructs and analyzes the quality evaluation index system of industry⁃education integration including the above three aspects.According to this index system,the quality of industry⁃education integration in vocational colleges can be effectively analyzed and evaluated.
