依据种实形质性状对红松种子园无性系评价

Clonal Evaluation of Pinus koraiensis Seed Orchard Based on Seed Shape and Quality Traits

摘要 为促进辽东山区红松种子园改建和果用人工林的营建,对清河城红松种子园4个种源74个红松无性系18个种实性状进行调查分析,探究红松种实性状在种源间和种源内的变异,并以此为基础开展优良果用红松无性系选育。结果表明:参试红松种实性状在种源间和种源内均具有极显著性差异(p<0.01);种源内方差分量占比均值为15.15%,高于种源间占比均值2.65%,变异主要来源于种源内。红松无性系种实性状变异系数为8.91%~48.90%,重复力为0.710~0.998,高变异高重复力的特性为果用红松无性系选育提供了基础。相关性分析表明:红松主要结实性状间具有显著或极显著相关性关系。主成分分析表明:依据特征值大于1共提取5个主成分,累计贡献率为86.83%。选用单株球果总质量、单株种子总质量、单个球果质量、种子质量和种仁质量等指标,利用隶属函数法以10%的入选率共选择7个优良无性系,入选无性系各性状均值分别为11.35 kg, 4.15 kg, 271.22 g, 866.40 g和325.50 g,较参试无性系均值分别高24.45%、25.76%、37.20%、26.77%和30.84%,遗传增益分别高达18.60%、18.78%、36.83%、26.24%和30.84%。 In order to promote the reconstruction of Pinus koraiensis seed orchard in the Liaodong Mountain area and establish a fruit plantation,a survey and analysis of 18 seed traits were conducted on 74 P.koraiensis clones from four seed sources in the Qinghecheng P.koraiensis seed orchard.The study aimed to investigate the variation of seed traits among and within seed sources and to utilize this information as the basis for the selection and breeding of superior fruit P.koraiensis clones.The results showed that the tested seed traits of P.koraiensis exhibited significant differences both among and within seed sources(p<0.01).The mean value of the variance component ratio within sources was 15.15%,higher than the mean val⁃ue of 2.65%between sources,suggesting that the variation mainly originated from within sources.The variation coefficient of seed traits of P.koraiensis clones ranged from 8.91%to 48.90%,with repeatability values ranging from 0.710 to 0.998,indicating that the high variability and repeatability characteristics provide a foundation for the breeding of fruit P.koraien⁃sis clones.Correlation analysis showed that there were significant or highly significant relationships among the main fruiting traits of P.koraiensis.Principal component analysis indicated that five principal components were extracted,with eigenval⁃ues greater than 1,contributing to a cumulative rate of 86.83%.By selecting indicators such as total cone mass per tree,total seed mass per tree,individual cone mass,seed mass,and kernel mass,a total of seven superior clones were chosen at a selection rate of 10%using the membership function method.The average values of each trait of the selected clones were 11.3 kg,4.15 kg,271.22 g,866.40 g,and 325.50 g,respectively,representing increases of 24.45%,25.76%,37.20%,26.77%,and 30.84%higher than the average values of the tested clones.The genetic gains were as high as 18.60%,18.78%,36.83%,26.24%and 30.84%,respectively.
