黑杨派无性系多性状遗传分析及综合评选研究 被引量:25

摘要 利用 9年生黑杨派试验林 10个无性系材料进行了 2 3个性状的遗传变异分析 .方差分析、遗传参数估算表明 ,2 3个性状中有 2 0个性状无性系间差异显著或极显著 ,其重复力在 0 5 4 9~ 0 96 4之间 ,其中有 12个性状的重复力在 0 8以上 ,说明黑杨派无性系多个性状存在广泛变异 ,并且这种变异受较强的遗传控制 ,从中进行多性状遗传改良是可行的 .经主成分分析和聚类分析 ,选出卡帕茨杨、5 0杨、中林 4 6杨 3个综合性状表现优良的无性系 .其中卡帕茨杨为新选无性系 ,在该试验林中生长量最高 ,材积超I 2 14杨 6 9 7%、超Ⅰ 6 9杨 5 0 6 %、超中林 4 6杨 7 9% ,且树干通直圆满、尖削度适中、冠幅中等、材质优良 ,适宜生产推广应用 . Twenty three traits of ten nine-year-old clones in Section Aigeiros of Populus are studied through genetic analysis. Variance analysis and estimates of genetic parameters demonstrate that the clone effects are significant or highly significant for twenty traits. Their repeatabilities range from 0.549 to 0.964 and twelve traits above 0.8. The results indicate that the clones have wide variation in many traits, which is mostly controlled by heredity, and multi-traits genetic improvement is feasible. Main component analysis and cluster analysis indicate that Populus × euramericana ‘Carppaccio’, P. deltoids ‘55/65’ and P.× euramericana ‘Zhonglin 46’ are superior clones with fine comprehensive traits. Especially, P. ×euramericana ‘Carppaccio’ is a new and excellent clone, which is the biggest one in volume among the tested clones. Its volume could be 169.7% of P. ×euramericana ‘I--214’,150.6% of P. deltoids ‘Lux’,107.9% of P. × euramericana ‘Zhonglin 46’.This superior clone with straight and round trunk ,moderate taper and crown and excellent timber quality is suitable for popularization.
