摘要
本研究以辽宁地区红松种子园103个红松无性系为研究材料,对48年生红松无性系的种子长、种子宽、种子长/种子宽、种子千粒重、球果长、球果宽、球果长/球果宽及球果鲜重进行测定分析,探究红松无性系间结实性状的变异,并筛选出以仁用为主的优良红松无性系。结果表明,不同红松无性系间各结实性状均具有极显著差异(p<0.01);不同无性系结实性状的表型变异系数范围为8.61%~47.21%,遗传变异系数为3.46%~40.50%,种子千粒重、球果鲜重的表型变异系数和遗传变异系数均较高;除种子长/种子宽外(0.76),各结实性状重复力均大于0.90,主要受遗传因素控制;红松无性系各结实性状呈极显著正相关(p<0.01)。以10%的入选率为选择标准,利用主成分分析法初选出10个优良无性系的种子千粒重和球果鲜重遗传增益分别达19.33%和46.60%;利用隶属函数法初选出10个优良无性系的种子千粒重和球果鲜重遗传增益分别为23.36%和84.60%;利用布雷金多性状综合评价法初选出的10个优良无性系种子千粒重和球果鲜重遗传增益分别为21.33%和84.42%。利用系统聚类分析,在欧式距离为4时可将红松无性系聚为四类,其结果可支撑三种方法初选出红松优良无性系。103个红松无性系结实性状具有高变异、高重复力的特性,有利于无性系的评价选择,红松优良无性系400、561、357、504、573、540在三种选择方法中均被选出,可作为仁用优良无性系在辽宁地区推广利用。
The seed length,seed width,seed length/width,seed weight,cone length,cone width,cone length/width,and cone fresh weight of 48 year-old Pinus koraiensis clones were measured and analyzed and 103 P.koraiensis clones from Qinghecheng seed orchard in Liaoning Province was used as materials in this study.The aim of this study was to explore the character variation between P.koraiensis clones and screen out the P.koraiensis clones of excellence with the kernel.The results showed that there were significant differences in fruiting traits among different clones(p<0.01).The phenotypic variation coefficient of fruiting traits of different clones ranged from 8.61%to 47.21%,and the genetic variation coefficient ranged from 3.46%to 40.50%.The phenotypic variation coefficient and genetic variation coefficient of seed weight and cone fresh weight were higher.Except for seed length to width(0.76),the repeatability of each seed setting trait was greater than 0.90,which was mainly controlled by genetic factors.There was a significant positive correlation between the fruiting traits characters of the P.koraiensis clones.The genetic gains of 1000-seed weight and fresh cone weight of 10 excellent clones were 19.33%and 46.60%,respectively,by principal component analysis with 10%selection rate as standard.The genetic gains of 1000-seed weight and cone fresh weight of 10 superior clones selected by subordinate function method were 23.36%and 84.60%respectively.The genetic gains of 1000-seed weight and cone fresh weight of superior clones selected by Bregin's multiple traits comprehensive evaluation method were 21.33%and 84.42%respectively.Using system cluster analysis,P.koraiensis clones could be clustered into four categories when the Euclidean distance was 4.The results could support the primary selection of P.koraiensis clones by three methods.The 103 P.koraiensis clones had the characteristics of high variation and high repeatability,which was beneficial to the evaluation and selection of clones.The excellent P.koraiensis clones 400,
