不同种源红松生长、结实及光合生理特征 被引量:9

The growth,fruiting and photosynthetic physiology characteristics of Pinus koraiensis from different provenances

摘要 【目的】揭示不同种源红松在同一试验地生长、结实、光合生理特征的差异,为红松良种选育提供理论依据。【方法】以16年生的辽宁省、吉林省、黑龙江省3个有代表性的种源红松为试验材料,测定其生长、结实、光合色素含量、光合生理和叶绿素荧光等指标。【结果】1)不同种源红松在总生长量、当年生长量、当年结实量、种长、种宽和百粒质量上差异显著(P<0.05),均表现为辽宁种源>黑龙江种源>吉林种源,辽宁和黑龙江种源种子含水率显著大于吉林种源,各种源种子生活力差异不显著,均在95%以上;2)不同种源红松间光合色素含量差异不显著,其中,辽宁种源叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量最大,叶绿素a/b最小。除胞间CO_(2)浓度外的其他光合指标在不同种源间差异显著(P<0.05),辽宁种源的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、羧化效率(CE)均大于其他2个种源,水分利用率(WUE)表现为黑龙江种源>辽宁种源>吉林种源。3)辽宁和黑龙江种源红松的初始荧光(Fo)、PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSII潜在活性(Fv/Fo)均显著大于吉林种源红松(P<0.05),最大荧光(Fm)差异不显著。4)红松净光合速率和羧化效率与树高和结实间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与胸径呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。【结论】不同种源红松生长、结实与光合生理特征上有显著差异,初步得出辽宁种源红松生长较快,结实量较高,光合能力较强,具有较好的培育前景。 【Objective】The differences in growth,fruiting and photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Pinus koraiensis from different provenances in the same experimental plot were revealed,which provided a theoretical basis for the breeding of P.koraiensis varieties.【Method】The growth,fruiting,photosynthetic pigment content,photosynthesis physiology and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of the 16-year-old P.koraiensis from three representative provenances of Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang Province were measured.【Result】1)There are significant differences in the total growth,annual increment of growth,fruiting quantity,seed length,seed diameter and hundred seed mass among P.koraiensis from different provenances(P<0.05),which were in the order of Liaoning provenance>Heilongjiang provenance>Jilin provenance.The seed moisture contents of P.koraiensis from Liaoning and Heilongjiang were significantly higher than that from Jilin.The difference in seed viability of the three varieties was not significant,all of which was above 95%.2)There was no significant difference in the photosynthetic pigment content among different provenances.Among them,the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid in the Liaoning variety were the highest and the chlorophyll a/b was the lowest.Except for the intercellular CO_(2)concentration,there were significant differences in the photosynthetic parameters among different provenances,(P<0.05).The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr)and carboxylation efficiency(CE)of P.koraiensis from Liaoning were higher than those of the other two provenances.The water use efficiency(WUE)was shown as Heilongjiang provenance>Liaoning provenance>Jilin provenance.3)The initial fluorescence(F0),maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm)and potential activity(Fv/F0)of PSII of P.koraiensis from Liaoning and Heilongjiang were significantly higher than those of P.koraiensis from Jilin,while the difference of maximum fluorescence(Fm)was not significant.4)The net photosy
