摘要
目的:分析免疫丙种球蛋白联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿溶血病的效果。方法:取2020年2月—2022年12月江南大学附属儿童医院收治的100例新生儿溶血病患儿作为研究对象,参照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=57)和对照组(n=43)。对照组实施蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施免疫丙种球蛋白治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组光照治疗时间、住院时间短于对照组,黄疸消失时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组血清总胆红素(TBiL)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TBiL水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组Hb水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:免疫丙种球蛋白联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿溶血病的效果显著,可改善患儿症状及TBiL、Hb水平,促进康复。
Objective:To analyze the effect of immunoglobulin therapy combined with blue light irradiation in treatment of neonatal hemolytic disease.Methods:A total of 100 children with neonatal hemolytic disease admitted to Affiliated Children's Hospital of Jiangnan University from February 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(n=57)and the control group(n=43).The control group received blue light irradiation treatment,while the observation group received immunoglobulin therapy on the basis of control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of irradiation treatment and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the time of jaundice disappearance in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum total bilirubin(TBiL)and hemoglobin(Hb)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TBiL in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of Hb in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:Immunoglobulin therapy combined with blue light irradiation has a significant effect in the treatment of neonatal hemolytic disease,and can improve the symptoms and the levels of TBiL and Hb in children and promote recovery.
