摘要 循证医学发展的过程是一个不断进步、不断争议、不断完善的过程。循证制订临床实践指南是当前的趋势，对用研究证据规范临床医生的行为、普及循证医学具有重要作用。各国循证指南对证据按照质量和可靠程度进行了分级，在做出推荐意见时给出所依据证据的级别，以便临床医生对推荐意见的强度进行权衡。其推荐级别和证据强度的划分各指南大同小异。制订临床实践指南的方法也在不断改进和完善中。
