摘要
炼化行业提供了成品油、石化材料等诸多必要物资,是我国的支柱产业,基本保障了国民经济和人民生活需要。但是,炼化行业高质量发展还面临很多结构性错位问题,尤其需要重点关注资源和需求、地理和布局、经济性和中长期趋势等结构性失配,通过发展、调整、提升,实现产业与社会、供给与需求的高质量匹配发展。
Refining and chemical industry provides refined oil products and many petrochemical materials,is China's pillar industry,basically ensure the national economy and people's living needs.However,the high-quality development of the refining and chemical industry still faces many structural mismatch problems,especially the structural mismatch of resources and demand,geography and layout,economy and medium and long-term trends,which need to be focused on.It's necessary to achieve high-quality matching development between industry and society,supply and demand,through development,adjustment and improvement.
