我国石化工业实现“双碳”目标的路线图探讨 被引量:12

摘要 在推动“双碳”目标的进程中,我国石化工业面临以化石能源为主、碳排放量基数大、碳达峰到碳中和缓冲时间短等诸多挑战,需要采取“减排为主、吸收为辅”的思路,根据石化产业发展趋势、新能源安全可靠替代程度以及降碳、零碳和负碳技术成熟度等,按照碳达峰期、达峰平台期和下降期、全面碳中和期,分阶段实施源头减量、能源替代、节能提效、回收利用、工艺改造、碳捕集利用等不同的碳减排路径,制定经济可行的实现“双碳”目标路线图,确保最终全面实现净零碳排放,助力“双碳”目标实现。 In the process of moving towards the"dual carbon"goal,China's petrochemical industry,which is dominated by fossil energy,faces many challenges such as a large carbon emission base and a short buffer time from carbon peaking to carbon neutrality.This requires the adoption of the idea of"focusing on carbon emission reduction and supplemented by carbon absorption".Therefore,it is necessary to implement the carbon emission reduction path in stages according to the development trend of the petrochemical industry,the safe and reliability of new energy substitution,and the technical maturity of carbon reduction,zero carbon and negative carbon.That is,we should implement the path of source reduction,energy substitution,energy conservation and efficiency improvement,recycling,process transformation,carbon capture and utilization phased over the periods from carbon peaking,peaking platform,decline to the comprehensive carbon neutrality.We also need to develop an economically viable roadmap to achieve the"dual carbon"goal to ensure that net-zero carbon emissions are eventually achieved in full and thus contribute to the"dual carbon"goal.
