摘要
构建人类命运共同体要求加强公共空间意识教育。共同价值、利益共享和责任共担是人类命运共同体的构成要素。共同价值是公共空间意识教育的逻辑起点,利益共享是公共空间意识教育的现实动因,责任共担是公共空间意识教育的实践指向。开展公共空间意识教育要坚持“他者意识”,加强公约意识教育,培育人类共同价值;明确“私”与“公”空间的边界,开展规范意识教育,维护公共利益;参与全球治理,开展公共参与意识教育,造就全球责任公民,以此构建人类命运共同体。
Building a community with a shared future for mankind requires strengthening the consciousness of public space education.Common values,shared interests and shared responsibilities are important elements of a community with a shared future for mankind.The common value is the logical starting point for carrying out public space consciousness education,the shared interest is the practical motivation to promote the consciousness of public space education,and shared responsibility is the practical direction for implementing public space consciousness education.To carry out public space consciousness education,we should adhere to the"sense of the other",strengthen the convention consciousness education,and cultivate the common value of mankind;to clarify the boundary between"private"and"public"space,and carry out education on norms and regulations;to safeguard public interests and participate in global governance;to carry out public participation awareness education,and create globally responsible citizens,so as to build a community of shared future for mankind.
