摘要
以湖北省2019—2022年自然科学奖获得者为研究对象,通过履历分析法,从自然特征、社会特征、成长周期三个维度分析湖北省基础研究人才成长特征。研究发现,湖北省基础研究人才性别占比失衡,获奖年龄跨度大,主要集中在36~45岁;拥有良好的高等教育背景及留学经历;高校和科研院所是培养基础研究人才的主阵地,企业参与率低;学科结构分布不均;平均成长周期大约为12.05年。针对以上成长特征,从优化性别结构、提高生活保障、加强国内国际联合培养、提高企业参与率、劣势学科人才引进、促进人才合理流动六方面提出培养基础研究人才相关建议。
Taking the winners of Natural Science Awards in Hubei Province from 2019 to 2022 as the research object,the growth characteristics of fundamental research talents in Hubei Province are analysed from three dimensions:natural characteristics,social characteristics and growth cycle,through the CV analysis method.The result shows that the gender proportion of fundamental research talents in Hubei Province is imbalanced,the age span of award winners is large,mainly concentrated in the age of 36-45;they have good higher education background and study abroad experience;universities and scientific research institutes are the main sites for cultivating fundamental research talents,and the participation rate of enterprises is low;the distribution of disciplinary structure is uneven;and the average growth cycle is about 12.05 years.In view of the above growth characteristics,we put forward recommendations on cultivating fundamental research talents in six aspects:optimising gender structure;improving livelihood security;strengthening domestic and international joint cultivation;increasing the participation rate of enterprises;importing talents from disadvantaged disciplines;promoting the reasonable mobility of talents.
