摘要
基于《中国区域科技创新评价报告》《中国区域创新能力评价报告》,对两个评价报告中连续4年的宁夏指标进行横向和纵向对比,分别从综合创新指数整体变化、排名上升指标、排名下降指标3个方面进行分析,找到未来发展的着力点指标,并提出宁夏应重视以科技创新为核心的全面创新、重视创新资源投入集聚等6项措施建议,以期能为宁夏创新能力优化提供较好的方向性参考。
Based on China Regional Science and Technology Innovation Evaluation Report and China Regional Innovation Capability Evaluation Report,this paper makes a horizontal and vertical comparison of Ningxia’s indicators in the two evaluation reports for four consecutive years,respectively analyzes the overall change of the comprehensive innovation index,the indicator of ranking up and the indicator of ranking down,so as to find the focus indicators for future development,and proposes six measures and suggestions that Ningxia should attach importance to the comprehensive innovation with science and technology innovation as the core,and attach importance to the agglomeration of innovation resources investment,so as to provide a better directional reference for the optimization of Ningxia’s innovation ability.
