摘要
分析总结国家自然科学基金项目管理情况和经验,是研究型专科医院完善学科建设,加强医学临床与基础共融、提高自身生存发展能力的有效途径。以中国医学科学院血液病医院(中国医学科学院血液学研究所)为例,分析该医院2013—2022年国家自然科学基金申报立项情况,归纳国家自然科学基金项目管理相关举措,探讨构建适应研究型专科医院的科研发展与管理格局。建议研究型专科医院应通过顶层规划,从人才引育、临床基础协作、项目管理和国际学术合作等多方面入手,提升医院综合科研实力。
An analysis of NSFC-funded projects and management is an effective way for research oriented specialized hospitals to improve discipline construction,strengthen medical research and explore future development.This paper analyzed the characteristics of NSFC-funded projects from 2013 to 2022,summarized the relevant measures in project management,and explored the construction of research oriented specialized hospitals’research development and management pattern.Research oriented specialized hospitals should improve scientific research from the following aspects,including talent introduction,collaboration of clinical treatment and medical research,project management optimization,and international academic cooperation.
