摘要
国家自然科学基金对医院科研发展、人才培养、平台建设具有重要意义。文章通过对天津某肿瘤专科医院“十二五”以来国家自然科学基金申请与资助情况进行分析,发现曾获得过基金资助的申请者、具有博士学位的申请者、新入院博士职工以及高分文章作者等均为基金申报的重点人群,并提出强化基金管理的具体措施,为指导今后医院的基金管理工作提供参考。
When it comes to the National Natural Science Foundation of China, it is of great significance to the development of hospital scientific research, the training of talents and the construction of platform. Through the analysis of the application and subsidy of the National Natural Science Foundation of China since the“12th Five-year Plan”in a caner hospital in Tianjin, it is found that the applicants who have received the subsidy from the fund, the applicants with doctorates, the newly admitted doctoral workers and the authors of high-score articles are all the key groups to apply for the fund. At the same time, it puts forward the concrete measures to strengthen the fund management, which thus can provide reference for guiding the fund management of the hospital in the future.
