摘要 当今世界,大国竞争的新变局与新冠肺炎等全球性挑战使得科学技术在社会经济可持续发展中的核心作用不断凸显,战略科技人才培养的重要性、紧迫性进一步凸显。培养造就一大批具有国际水平的战略科技人才是新时期我国人才工作的一项重点议题。本文以科技创新视域下的战略科技人才培养为切入点,梳理时代特征与发展现状,提出战略科技人才培养的“点、线、面、体”动态框架,强调战略科技人才“生态化”培养的理论概念,详细分析我国战略科技人才培养的具体路径。研究旨在通过系统分析以期为新形势下我国人才战略部署以及人才工作开展提供理论依据与政策建议。。 In today’s world,new changes in competition among major powers and global challenges such as the COVID-19 have continuously highlighted the central role of science and technology in the sustainable development of society and economy,and the importance and urgency of training strategic scientific and technological talents.It is urgent to establish and improve a strategic scientific and technological talent team oriented to future industries and key core areas.In the "14th Five-Year Plan",China clearly stated that"it is necessary to follow the law of talent growth and scientific research activities,and cultivate more world-class strategic scientific and technological talents,leading scientific and technological talents and innovative teams."In this background,how to give full play to the systemic advantages of the new nationwide system,respect the law of talent growth and scientific research activities,focus on speeding up the construction of strategic scientific and technological talent training and introduction system,and improve the policy support for talent incentives,in order to resolve China’s strategic talent gap in key areas is of great significance.This paper takes the cultivation of strategic scientific and technological talents from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation as the breakthrough point,combs the characteristics of the times and the development status,proposes a dynamic framework of"points,lines,sides and bodies"for the cultivation of strategic scientific and technological talents,and emphasizes the"ecological"cultivation of strategic scientific and technological talents.More specifically,through combing the current situation and challenges of talent training in China,the study found that the training of strategic scientific and technological talents in China faces several problems.For example,there is not enough reserve for strategic leading talents training;the training of strategic talents lacks a long-term vision.Challenges are also reflected in the lack of team trai
