建构全球高科技竞争背景下高等工程人才培养分层体系 被引量:3

Constructing a Layered System of Higher Engineering Talent Training in the Context of Global High-tech Competition

摘要 在全球高科技竞争背景下,分层次培养高等工程人才,形成合理的人才资源结构,是我国形成高科技竞争优势的重要举措。我国高等工程教育的改革与发展为建构人才培养分层体系打下了基础,同时也存在短板。中国高等工程人才培养分层体系需与知识生产模式2影响下形成的科学-技术-产业链各环节相适应,培养各个高科技领域所需的工程科学家、工程研发人才和一线工程技术人才。针对我国高等工程人才培养体系的现实状况,我们需要借鉴国内外成功经验,发挥新型举国体制优势,提升师资队伍的工程素养,深化高等工程教育教学改革,完善高等工程人才培养体系的分层机制。 In the context of global high-tech competition,cultivating higher engineering talents at different levels and forming a reasonable talent resource structure are important measures for China to form a high-tech competitive advantage.The foundation for the construction of a layered system of talent training has laid by the reform and development of China’s higher engineering education,but there are also shortcomings.Under the influence of knowledge production mode 2,China’s higher engineering talent training layered system needs to adapt to the science and technology industry chain.And,cultivate engineering scientists,engineering elites and front-line engineering and technical talents are needed in various high-tech fields.In view of the actual situation of China’s higher engineering talent training system,the successful experience at home and abroad should be learned,the advantages of the new national system should be taken,the engineering accomplishment of faculties should be advanced,the teaching reform of higher engineering education should be deepened,and the layered mechanism of Higher Engineering talent training system should be improved.
