摘要
原创技术是关于“原型”的系统知识。原创技术是最有可能实现从技术垄断到市场竞争性垄断的技术 ,也是决定国家未来国际竞争优势的技术。原创技术的研发受到制度安排、公共政策、企业规模。
Original technology is a system knowledge of archetype,which could most likely carry out technology monopoly and market competitive monopoly.This technology also is the decisive technology determines national future's international superiority. The R&D of the original technology is restrained by crucial factors, such as the institution scheme, public policy, corporation's scale, relative social resources and so on.
