摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展,企业对于人才的要求日益提高,高职院校培育学生职业核心素养成为教育教学改革的重要工作之一。本文运用技能竞赛培育学生职业核心素养以重构高职院校商务类课程教学内容,着重开展“赛、学、做”三位一体的商务活动实践实训课堂,为学生营造集理论性、实践性与操作性于一体的实践实训职业情境,提升高职商务活动实训教学质量,培养学生职业化思维、职业化行为、职业化技能以及职业化习惯,从而促进学生综合素质得到全面发展,满足商业企业对于高质量应用型人才的需求。
With the rapid development of the economy and society,enterprises have increasingly higher requirements for talents.Cultivating students’professional core competencies in vocational colleges has become one of the important tasks of education and teaching reform.This paper uses skill competitions to cultivate students’professional core competencies in order to reconstruct the teaching content of business courses in vocational colleges.It focuses on carrying out a business activity practical training classroom that integrates“competition,learning,and doing”,improving the quality of vocational business activity practical training teaching,cultivating students’professional thinking and behavior professional skills and habits can promote the comprehensive development of students’overall quality and meet the demand of commercial enterprises for high-quality applied talents.
