摘要
国际教育援外是全球教育治理的重要组成部分,但新冠肺炎疫情发生以来遭遇了价值危机、合作危机以及行动危机。在深度参与全球教育治理的过程中,中国教育援外提倡以构建“人类命运共同体”来推动全球治理。在行动策略上,构建了科学的分级管理体制,持续优化教育援外运行机制,采用多元化的教育援外方式等,走出了中国教育援外促进人文交流、赋能全球教育治理的新路径。新时代,我国教育援外工作应始终遵循“不附带任何政治条件”的基本原则,彰显“互惠互利”的道义本色;立足构建人类命运共同体、打造全球教育发展成果共享新平台;继续面向联合国可持续发展目标,以教育援外推进我国深度参与全球教育治理。
International educational aid is an important part of global education governance,however it has suffered from the crisis of value,cooperation as well as action in recent years.In the process of participating the global education governance,Chinese educational aid has advocated to promote global governance via building the Community of Shared Future for Mankind.In terms of strategies,Chinese educational aid has formed a new path of promoting cultural exchanges and empowering global education governance,which are realized by building a scientific hierarchical management system,optimizing the operational mechanism of educational aid continuously,and adopting diversified methods of educational aid.In the new era,Chinese educational aid should follow the basic principle of"no political conditions attached",manifest the moral nature of"mutual benefit";based on the development of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind,build a new platform for sharing the achievements of global education development;toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals,and promote the participating of the global education governance deeply by educational aid.
