摘要
马克思主义经典作家在对“自然式共同体”“虚幻式共同体”批判、借鉴的基础上提出了科学的“共同体”理论,为社会主义国家开展外交工作提供了重要遵循。我国的对外援助作为国家外交的重要工作之一,在马克思“共同体”理论的指引下,走出了一条有别于帝国主义和霸权主义国家的康庄大道。一直以来,积极履行无产阶级国际主义义务、不附加任何政治条件、突出实用性的多元化援外方式始终是中国对外援助事业的底色。
Marxist classical writers put forward a scientific theory of“community”on the basis of their critical reference to“natural community”and“illusory community”,paving a significant path for socialist countries to follow in diplomacy.China Aid,as an important diplomatic tool guided by the theory of Marx’s“community”,is well on its way to a bright future,a different approach from the imperialist or hegemonic countries’.China Aid has been characteristic of vigorous efforts to conduct the internationalist duties of proletariats,no attachment of any political conditions,and the emphasis of practical pluralized aid.
