摘要
来华留学生跨文化适应包括心理适应和社会文化适应两个维度,受到自身内在因素和外在环境因素的双重影响。人本主义理念下建立跨文化心理辅导体系、留学生社团组织和建构"一帮一"模式等实效的方法,有助于促进留学生跨文化适应。
It includes two dimensions of psychological adaptation and social and cultural adaptation of intercultural adaption of in- ternational students in China, which influenced by its internal factor and external factor. It is meaningful to promote them adapt the cross-culture in china to establish psychological counseling system and students＇community organizations and ＂one helps one＂ model of intercultural adaption on the concept of humanism.
